You can connect Loom by adding Atlassian MCP to your AI client or IDE (such as Cursor, VS Code, Claude, or Windsurf). Once connected, sign in with your Atlassian account and select your site/workspace. Your Loom workspace must be linked to your Atlassian Cloud site.

It's powered by secure OAuth 2.1 authorization, so every action respects the signed-in user's existing access controls. The server operates as a secure proxy and doesn't store or cache your content, and workspace admins keep full visibility and control of permissions in Atlassian Administration. • Record for Agents (Public Beta): Included in the Business + AI plan. Record a walkthrough and generate agent-ready prompts as often as you like, at no extra cost during the beta.
• MCP (connecting Loom to your AI tools): External agent calls made through Atlassian MCP draw from your organization's pooled Rovo credit allowance (the same shared pool described below). There's no separate MCP charge or meter. It's the same Rovo credits, just spent from your AI tool of choice.
• Rovo in Loom: Rovo Search is always free (unlimited, no credits). Rovo Chat draws from your organization's shared Rovo credit allowance, which pools at the org level and resets each billing period: Standard 25 · Business + AI (Premium) 70 · Enterprise 150 credits per user / month.
