Tanguy zit al 11 jaar in het productteam van Atlassian en richtte zich op weddenschappen op nieuwe producten: 50% van hen is geslaagd, 50% is mislukt - en hij heeft de littekens van de strijd om dat te bewijzen. Hij is de oprichter van Jira Product Discovery, dat hij van een idee op een whiteboard naar een van de snelst groeiende producten in de geschiedenis van Atlassian heeft geleid, met een volledig op afstand gevestigd team gevestigd in Europa. Tanguy deelt regelmatig openbaar wat hij heeft geleerd over het samenstellen van productteams voor succes.

Catalin vervult al meer dan 20 jaar veel verschillende ontwerprollen in verschillende sectoren. Recentelijk gaf hij leiding aan het ontwerpteam voor Jira Product Discovery, waarbij hij vanaf de vroege bètaversie heeft geholpen om het product 30X op te schalen en waarbij hij zich heeft gericht op het vinden van de balans tussen een krachtige set functies en een eenvoudige en prettige gebruikerservaring.

Sr. Software Engineer, Jira Product Discovery, Atlassian
Kostia is een toegewijde product engineer met meer dan drie jaar ervaring in het Jira Product Discovery-team. Hij heeft het product ontwikkeld vanaf de alfafase tot en met de bèta- en GA-fase. Kostia heeft bijgedragen aan verschillende aspecten van het product, met een recente focus op de werkstroom van de PM met taken die nog gedaan moeten worden. Hij wordt enthousiast door nauwe samenwerking met klanten, door deel te nemen aan gebruikersinterviews en hun feedback te analyseren. Kostia werkt graag in een snel veranderende omgeving waar hij snel nieuwe ideeën kan uitproberen bij klanten.
