Her experience includes building high-performing engineering teams and delivering impactful products in leadership roles at organizations such as CloudBees, Aula Education, and Nova Credit, as well as guiding other leaders as an executive coach. As CTO at DX and co-author of the Core 4 developer productivity metrics framework, she takes a data-driven and evidence-based approach to engineering excellence.

Nathen Harvey

DORA Lead, Google Cloud

Nathen Harvey is an expert in helping the developer community understand and apply DevOps and SRE practices in the cloud. He leads the Google Cloud DevOps Research and Assessment (DORA) research team and is actively involved in multiple open source communities. He is a co-author on several DORA reports on software delivery performance and was a contributor and editor for 97 Things Every Cloud Engineer Should Know, published by O'Reilly in 2020.
