State of Product 2026: Key findings from 1000+ product teams

1000+ product teams shared their experiences in our State of Product 2026 report. In this webinar, Axel Sooriah and Christian Idiodi reveal what the data shows about where the industry is heading – and give you specific strategies to help your team get ahead of these changes.

Product work is under more scrutiny than ever – tighter timelines, shifting markets, and AI reshaping how teams work. We surveyed 1,000+ product pros across the US and Europe — and uncovered surprising insights in our first annual State of Product report

In this session, we’re going in-depth on the research with two product leaders: Product Management Evangelist, Axel Sooriah, and Partner at Silicon Valley Product Group, Christian Idiodi. They’ll share their own takes on the trends we’ve uncovered, and best practices they recommend to help teams deliver impact in this environment.

In this discussion, you’ll learn:

  • Why pressure’s higher than ever, and the opportunity it creates
  • Where AI is boosting efficiency – and what’s still eating up PM time
  • Why collaboration breaks down between product and engineering – and how to fix it
  • Why product needs a bigger seat at the strategy table
  • Practices that consistently drive better outcomes

Can’t make it live? Register anyway and we’ll send the recording.
