How to use the vision to values template
Step 1. Define your vision
Companies that focus too narrowly on project performance risk spending time and resources on unimportant work. Instead, think about your company’s ultimate objective and what drives your team’s work. Then use this template to collaborate with leaders in your company to define your company’s vision and understand how each project helps your company achieve its goals.
Step 2. Shape your strategy
Now that you’ve explained your vision, you’re ready to form strategies that help your team achieve long-term goals. Start by thinking about your industry, your products, and your team. What makes your company stand out from the competition? Use our template to identify your company’s strengths and the strategies you can employ to succeed.
Step 3. Value customers
