To better understand how HR and People teams are navigating these challenges, we surveyed 200 senior HR and People leaders from enterprise organizations about their knowledge management priorities for the next fiscal year. We asked these leaders about three critical areas:

  • Managing an intranet: How are employees currently interacting with intranets, and what are their limitations?
