The price changes will take effect on your next renewal on or after February 15, 2024 PT. |
Atlassian Marketplace apps are not part of this pricing change. Marketplace Partner (3rd party) app pricing is determined by the app developer and therefore prices are always subject to change. Questions regarding pricing changes for Marketplace Partner (3rd party) apps should be directed to the app developer, who can be contacted using their information located in the Atlassian Marketplace. |
We introduced advantaged pricing to allow our tenured customers to plan better as we gradually increase these prices to reach list price. We remain committed to enhancing Data Center, our premier self-managed offering. In the last 12 months, we’ve launched several new features designed to better collaborate and get work done, such as configurations and auto-managed sprints for Jira Software, emojis and import/export for Confluence, and importing assets at scale for Jira Service Management. These are just a handful of the improvements that have been made within the past year, with many more in the works. Be sure to check out our Data Center Roadmap and the product investment section to see the latest and upcoming features we’ve added into our Data Center products. |
Yes, we introduced advantaged pricing as a way to bring tenured customers to list over time, making it possible to plan for price changes instead of being brought to list all at once. When price changes occur, we will always share these prices in advance so that customers have time to review and make the right decisions for their business, such as locking in current prices, or an early renewal for those who qualify. |
You can renew your Data Center license and claim a free Cloud migration trial to test out features, build a proof of concept, and plan your Cloud migration. We also offer Dual Licensing discounts to help migrate to Cloud for interested customers.
|
Option 1: Renew your existing Data Center subscription: Your Data Center renewal price will depend on the date you create a renewal, upgrade, or downgrade quote. Billing & licensing questions
To calculate your updated annual price, you need to be a billing and/or technical contact on a paid invoice. Log into my.atlassian.com and follow these steps:
A note on annual pricing: Atlassian uses a fixed price tiered model for annual pricing. For example, Jira Software with 450 users would be calculated at the 500 user tier for an annual cost of $33,800. For additional clarity, consider the following scenario: if you add 75 users to your 450 users on Jira Software, you would now have a total of 525 users. This puts you in the 1,000 user tier at $57,000 annually - you would not pay for the 450 users and the 75 users separately in their respective tiers. Please note that annual tiered pricing varies across Atlassian products and plans. |
You can continue to renew your Data Center subscription for up to two years. Contact us to discuss your options in more detail. |
|
Contact us to discuss your options for locking in a 12 or 24 month term. |
If your subscription expires and/or you renew before February 15, 2024 PT, you will be on current pricing. If your subscription expires or is renewed on or after February 15, 2024 PT, you will be placed on the new pricing. |
Academic discount percentages will remain the same. Qualifying collegiate-level or higher academic institutions can receive 50% off commercial prices for new purchases, upgrades, and renewals of Atlassian products. |
Community discount percentages will remain the same. Qualifying charitable non-profit organizations that are non-government, non-academic, non-commercial, non-political, and have no religious affiliation can still receive Community licenses at no cost. Additionally, you can migrate to a Cloud Community subscription at a 75% discount from Cloud list pricing. |
We will gradually be bringing advantaged prices closer to list, but cannot share any specifics about the timing of future price changes. When, and if price changes occur, we will always share these changes in a timely manner so that you have time to review and make the right decisions for your business. |
