Een pagina opmaken en bewerken
Nadat je een pagina hebt aangemaakt, kun je deze opmaken zodat anderen belangstelling krijgen voor je werk. Voeg binnen enkele seconden afbeeldingen, een navigatie-element of een macro toe voor je veranderende behoeften.
Omdat alle teamgenoten op één pagina werken, kun je sneller betere beslissingen nemen. En je kunt wijzigingen altijd binnen enkele klikken ongedaan maken.
Bewerkingsmodus, kopstijl en tekstopmaak
In pages, click the pencil icon or press E to open the editor. In live docs, you’ll already be in a live-edit mode.
Er zijn oneindig veel manieren om je Confluence-pagina aan te passen, en dit kun je allemaal doen vanaf onze gebruiksvriendelijke werkbalk. En met sneltoetsen (hieronder tussen haakjes genoteerd) bespaar je kostbare tijd bij het creëeren in Confluence.
Heb je je toch bedacht? Wis wijzigingen door op '•••' te klikken en vervolgens op 'Terug naar de laatst gepubliceerde versie'.
Using Rovo in Confluence
Rovo is Confluence's built-in AI solution. It can help you generate new content, come up with an outline, fine-tune existing content, and more.
Click the Rovo button in the formatting toolbar, type /Rovo, or highlight any existing context to ask Rovo to edit a specific section. You can write a custom prompt or choose from these pre-built actions:
- Improve writing: sharpens structure, flow, and tone
- Remix: create visual content inspired by your selection
- Fix spelling and grammar: catches errors before you publish
- Change tone: choose from casual, educational, empathic, neutral, or professional
- Make shorter: condenses without losing the point
- Make longer: elaborate on your point further
- Translate: convert your content into other languages for global teams
- Define: define a term using your team’s knowledge
Connect content with smart links, images, and mentions
A Confluence page is most useful when it connects to the work happening around it. Use smart links, media, and @mentions to bring live context into your pages and keep your team in the loop without anyone having to leave Confluence.
Use smart links to embed live content
Smart links bring live context from Atlassian and third-party tools into Confluence pages to reduce context switching. Just paste a link from any Atlassian or third-party tools into Confluence and choose a view:

you can click the link button in the formatting toolbar, type /link, or use the CMD/Ctrl + K keyboard shortcut.
Add an image or video directly to any page
You can also attach images or videos directly to any Confluence page or live doc. No separate storage required.
Use visuals strategically to break up long text sections and make complex information easier to scan.
To upload an image or file, drag it onto the page, copy-paste it in, or click the Files and images icon in the toolbar. Once uploaded, click Add a caption and use the inline toolbar to align it.
Notify teammates and assign tasks with mentions
Use @ mentions (@) to tag teammates and notify them directly from the page. There are two ways @mentions work
- In body text: your teammate gets a notification
- In an action item ([ ]): team memebers will be notified and the action item will appear in their tasks.
