What AI features are available in Confluence?

Use it to draft content from a prompt, transform existing pages for any audience, and surface insights without switching tools.

1. Create and draft
Describe what content you need — from creating pages, live doc, whiteboards, databases, and slides — and Rovo generates a structured draft for you. Use Create with Rovo to build project kickoff plans, product requirement docs, meeting summaries, onboarding guides, campaign briefs, all from a single prompt. Rovo pulls context from your connected Confluence spaces, Jira projects, and third-party tools like Slack and Google Drive, so the output reflects your actual work, not generic boilerplate.
2. Edit and refine content
Highlight any text on your page or live doc and select "Ask Rovo" to rewrite, shorten, expand, or change the tone. Need the same page for a technical audience and an executive summary? Ask Rovo to adapt it. Working across languages? Rovo translates documents so international teams stay aligned without waiting on manual turnaround.
3. Transform your content
Use Remix with Rovo to transform any content into a new visual format, making it easier for your audience to actually consume information on your page. Go from a dense block of text to an infographic, editable diagrams, interactive map, or graph in just a few seconds.
Rovo can also take your existing content in Confluence and transform it into a presentation-ready deck. Rovo pulls context from across Atlassian and connected third-party apps like Slack and Google Drive to create impactful, visual presentations grounded in your team’s work.
4. Summarize and search across your knowledge
Rovo adds an AI summary to the top of any page, giving readers instant context before they read the full content. Summaries update as the page changes. In Rovo Chat, ask questions in plain language and get answers drawn from across your Confluence spaces, Jira issues, and connected apps — without knowing where to look first.
