Easily manage content at scale

With Confluence, teams can create, collaborate, and connect their knowledge, all in one place.

However, as more and more teams use Confluence, they can face challenges in finding the latest content, such as dealing with outdated or irrelevant information and navigating through clutter that can hinder productivity. Addressing these issues is essential for maintaining an efficient and reliable Confluence environment.

Admins play a crucial role in managing content at scale, helping teams quickly find relevant information, and keeping Confluence spaces organized, tidy, and presentable so teams can quickly find the content they need.
